Working together is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in trust.

Some clients come to me with a clear brief. Others want space to talk things through and work out what support would be most helpful. We shape the work around your priorities and adapt as things evolve.

Alongside practical support, I act as a sounding board, helping you think clearly, sense-check decisions, and stay focused on what matters most.

Working with external support offers flexibility and simplicity.

You don’t need to manage employment processes, contracts, or ongoing overheads. Support can scale up or down depending on what you need, and you only pay for the support you use.

This makes it easier to get experienced, reliable support without long-term commitment or complexity.

I work with small business owners, consultants, and organisations across a range of sectors.

Many of my clients are founders or small teams who are juggling a lot and want trusted support to help things feel more manageable. I also support charities, wellbeing organisations, and people-focused teams.

What matters most is that we work well together and that the support feels genuinely useful for you.

My core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm UK time. I observe UK public holidays.

If you need support outside these hours, this can sometimes be discussed in advance. Please note that work outside standard hours may be subject to an additional charge.

Clear communication is important to me.

Depending on the type of support, we may use regular check-ins, shared task lists, or agreed systems to keep everything organised and visible.

I’m happy to work with tools you already use, and I aim to make communication feel straightforward and manageable, not overwhelming.

Turnaround times depend on the type of support and current workload.

For ongoing retainer clients, work is prioritised and tasks are typically handled within 24 to 48 hours where possible. For project-based work, we agree timelines and scope before starting so expectations are clear.

Yes. I am your main point of contact and lead all client work.

Full details are shared before we start working together, so there are no surprises.

That’s very common.

Many clients come to me feeling unsure or overwhelmed, and we work things out together. You don’t need to have everything figured out before getting in touch.

A discovery call is simply a chance to talk things through and see whether working together feels right.

Confidentiality and trust are taken seriously.

I use secure systems and handle all information with care. I’m registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and work in line with data protection requirements.

If you have specific questions or requirements, I’m always happy to discuss them.

The best first step is to book a discovery call.

This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation to talk about where you are, what you need, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
